Once the area was dry, we:

✔️ Removed the faulty drain that wasn't plumbed correctly
✔️ Reinstalled and epoxied the drain securely back into place
✔️ Regrouted the entire shower using premium epoxy grout
✔️ Carried out a full mould treatment
✔️ Removed all old silicone and replaced it with fresh, mould-resistant sanitary silicone
